Vessel Applications is one person: me, Nayab Rehmat, a senior software engineer based in Texas. There is no account manager relaying your requirements to a dev team, no sales handoff, no offshore team you never meet. You talk to the person who writes the code during setup and after you launch.

I'm a software engineer who builds agentic tooling, RAG pipelines, and the backend and patient-facing apps a national clinic network runs on every day. I also run Vessel Apps, a studio where I bring that same work to document-heavy firms in construction, energy, and insurance: private AI knowledge systems that answer from their own specs, contracts, and manuals, cited to the page, live in 2 to 3 weeks.

The proof of that approach is CRTX, a document intelligence platform I designed and built end to end, from ingestion to semantic search to the citation engine. It is the same system behind every client deployment.
