Privacy and security, in plain terms
The real risk most firms are already living with is an employee pasting a confidential contract into a public chatbot to get a fast answer. This system exists to be the safer alternative: private, isolated, and never used to train anyone else's model.
Never used to train public AI models
Your documents are used only to retrieve answers for your team. They are not sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or any other provider to train a public model. Retrieval, not training, is the honest answer to "is my data training ChatGPT."
Single-tenant data isolation
Each client gets an isolated deployment. Your documents, embeddings, and conversation history are not pooled or shared with any other client's data.
Access-controlled team workspaces
Only people you grant access to can query your documents. Access is scoped to your workspace and can be revoked at any time.
Encryption in transit and at rest
Documents and queries are encrypted in transit over TLS and encrypted at rest in storage.
Deletable on request
Your data belongs to you. On request, your documents and derived data are deleted in full from the deployment.
Deployment options
Most clients run on a dedicated, isolated cloud deployment managed directly by me. If your firm has specific hosting or data residency requirements, tell me on the demo call and we will scope a deployment that fits.
What I do not claim: this site does not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or any other formal certification. The architectural properties above are real and specific. If your firm requires a formal certification, tell me on the demo call and I will be direct about whether that is a fit today.
